You need to have both iHTML and the iHTML Merchant to use the Merchant product. Due to bundling arrangements we have with companies such as O'Reilly & Associates, some clients may already have iHTML and just need to purchase the iHTML Merchant component. Others do not have anything at all and need to purchase both pieces. The licensing for both products is sold on a per server basis. That means you can put up unlimited stores with a single license. We have a pricing grid on the iHTML Merchant web site under pricing that allows you to select what you current have and what you would like to get.
